Key Responsibilities

• Match bench consultants' resumes to relevant job requirements posted by clients and vendors
• Submit tailored applications ensuring resume-to-job alignment for higher selection rates
• Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with bench consultants throughout their job search
• Regularly follow up with candidates to understand availability, preferences, and feedback
• Source and post consultant profiles on job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and Monster
• Coordinate interview schedules and share timely updates with candidates
