The Bellperson will represent Fairmont Palliser by providing excellent guest service and will achieve this by having a complete knowledge of all aspects of the position. This position is suited for those who will quickly make a difference to service levels by demonstrating a relentless desire to exceed guest expectations. Reporting to the Chief Concierge.

• Demonstrate excellent guest service and encourage positive employee relations
• Remains productive and efficient while ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
