Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Greet the guest following the Sofitel standards, manage the taxi queue, and assist guests with luggage.
- Provide a warm welcome and farewell to the guests, leading them to the right direction/location (e.g. Reception).
- Ensure that guest luggage and belongings are well recorded and promptly sent/collected to/from the room.
- Assist with car/hotel doors and guest luggage.
- Ensure timely delivery of all guest luggage.
- Explain technology and features of guest rooms.
- Exercise care and responsibility when parking guest vehicles. Follow procedures set out in manual.
- Ensure knowledge of the daily departing time of due‑out guests and arrangements for taxi, shuttle, and limousine services to the airport if required.
- Co‑ordinate VIP arrivals and departures.
