About the Role
Monarch Education is recruiting a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to work within a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) supporting students who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education.
This role is suited to individuals who are confident, resilient and experienced in managing challenging and sometimes high-risk behaviour , with a strong focus on building positive relationships and supporting students to re-engage with learning.
