Behaviour Mentor -
Are you passionate about supporting young people to thrive? We are seeking a caring and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join our lively SEN school for secondary-aged students. Location: Kingsbridge and surrounding areas
Working Hours: Full-time (8:30am β 3:30pm)
Salary: Β£400 - Β£450 per week
Start Date: January 2026
About the School & Role:
Based in Kingsbridge, our Alternative Provision school caters to secondary students with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including those displaying challenging behaviours. The successful Behaviour mentor will work either 1β1 or within small groups to support both academic progress and emotional wellbeing, helping students overcome barriers to learning.
