The School and Role

A specialist school in Hartlepool seek a Behaviour Support Assistant with a passion for creating fun and engaging ways to support students. Pupils are aged 8-16 and have Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs, as well as associated needs such as Autism or ADHD. The school focuses on areas where progress can be made whether emotionally, socially, behaviourally or academically. The Behaviour Support Assistant will support in small classes using behaviour management skills in assisting pupils in overcoming barriers to learning.
