Job Description
Behaviour Mentor – SEMH School – Romford & Basildon | September Start (Driving Essential)
Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to overcome challenges and develop the skills they need to succeed?
We are working with a specialist SEMH school that operates across Romford and Basildon, and they are looking to appoint a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join their team from September.
This specialist provision supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, creating a structured, nurturing, and supportive environment where positive relationships, emotional regulation, and personal development are at the heart of everything they do. The school works closely with pupils to help them build confidence, manage their emotions, develop independence, and re-engage with education.
