Behaviour Mentor – Newham


Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a mainstream secondary school in Newham. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with SEN experience, behaviour support backgrounds, or support workers looking to move into education.


Role Details:

  • Location: Newham

  • Position: Behaviour Mentor

  • Contract: Full-time, full academic year

  • Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

    • Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 support for a student with complex emotional and academic needs

  • Manage and support challenging behaviour

  • Supervise and support the student throughout the school day

  • Help create a safe and positive learning environment

    • Requirements:

  • Previous SEN or behaviour support experience
