Job Description
Prospero Teaching is recruiting Psychology Graduates to work as Behaviour Mentors in secondary schools and alternative provisions across the Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), SEND and behavioural challenges before progressing into teaching, Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology or other education-based careers.
You'll work closely with school staff to build positive relationships, promote engagement in learning and help students overcome barriers to education through one-to-one and small group support.
Previous experience working with young people through tutoring, mentoring, youth work, sports coaching, volunteering or care is desirable but not essential.
