Job Description
Enhance clinical staff training at Behavioral Innovations as a Clinical Trainer in Windsor Mill. Oversee training milestones and collaborate with BCBAs to ensure children meet therapy goals.
As a Clinical Trainer and Lead Registered Behavior Technician, you'll play a vital role in developing Behavior Technicians. Your leadership will guide compliance with BACB standards and our in-house training framework. Your expertise will enable effective therapy operations, ensuring each child progresses according to clinical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train new Behavior Technicians according to BACB standards
• Collaborate clinically with BCBAs for effective therapy
• Monitor training milestones and compliance
• Ensure smooth operation of Therapy Teams
• Mentor new staff through RBT Buddy Program
Requirements:
• One year of early intervention experience in ABA
• Leadership experience in employee supervision
• High School Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
