Behavior Technician

Full time Counselors, Social Workers, and Other Community and Social Service Specialists

Provide 1-1 Applied Behavior Analytics (ABA) services to clients, as designed and supervised by BCBA. This includes implementing treatment plans, prompt data collection, and progress monitoring.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. High School Diplomaor equivalent

2.Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Boardwithin 6 months of hire.

3.State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), asrequiredfor regulated areas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field

2. RBT credential or BCaBA credential

EXPERIENCE:

1. One (1) year providing treatment to with young children with autism
