Pay, Benefits & Perks
- Competitive pay:
- $21.00-$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 21.00 for each billable client hour worked
- 20.00/hour paid for all non-billable during training and administrative time as a BT and 15.00 for all non-billable during training and administrative time as an RBT.
- Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
- Fully paid training - no experience required
