Responsibilities
- Engage and consult customers on our luxury skincare offerings, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Perform product demonstrations and skin consultations (training provided).
- Meet and exceed individual sales and upselling targets.
- Handle inquiries, objections and irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional store environment.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and beauty trends.
- Encourage repeat customers and loyalty by providing exceptional customer service care.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma
- Six months or more of sales experience
- Proficiency in informal English
- Capable of presenting beauty items and services in a straightforward and convincing manner
- An enthusiasm for skincare, beauty, and upscale services
