This role focuses on producing battery slurries at pilot-line scale for prototype and manufacturing activities within a laboratory and production environment. You will work as part of the slurry production team, operating industrial mixing equipment, performing routine quality control testing, and supporting process experiments to optimize battery cell performance. The position suits a detail-oriented, hands-on technician who is comfortable with manual tasks, hazardous chemicals, and standard lab safety practices, and who can occasionally start the workday before 8 a.m.
