The Opportunity
You will join the Engineering Operations Powertrain team, working within advanced battery testing facilities to support the development, validation, and verification of high‑voltage (HV) traction battery systems. These facilities include cutting‑edge equipment for electrical characterisation and performance testing at cell, module, and pack level.
The Battery Test Operations team ensures efficient, quality‑focused test workflows for HV battery programmes, supporting internal laboratories in Coventry and Gaydon, as well as external test sites when required.
