**Batter Operator (Crew A)**

**Summary**
This role is responsible for ensuring that quality specifications are met for all battered products by the efficient operation and utilization of all batter equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Batter Operator is required to be crossed-trained as a Fryer Op for both Line 1 and Line 4.
+ Ensures there is no injury to self or others by following safe work practices (including Standard Operating Procedures) and policies.
+ Food Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
