About the Opportunity
We are actively seeking a Plant Operator to join our Spearwood Concrete operations. This is a permanent, full-time role that will require you to work on Saturdays. This is an entry level opportunity aimed at teaching you the critical production skills that will contribute towards your progression at Boral. Duties
Primarily you will be responsible for:
- Safe operation of a front-end loader (with full training provided)
- Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs
- Day-to-day administration of the Concrete Batch Plant including stock control of raw materials
- Batching of the correct concrete mix and allocating trucks
- Managing the day-to-day activities of a concrete batching plant including oversee an LOD fleet
