**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate and monitor batch plant systems to produce concrete that meets quality and production standards
+ Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, and site personnel to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
+ Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting to maintain safe and efficient plant operations
+ Track production data and complete required documentation accurately and on time
+ Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures to support a safe workplace
