Job Description

HSE Leadership & Compliance

• Serve as RSES for the Pemba support base, establishing safety and environmental objectives for all sites.
• Lead the on‑site Emergency Response Team and ensure adherence to HSE policies.
• Organize and follow up on HSE anomalies and incident investigations until closure.
• Promote safety awareness and conduct HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and site tours.
• Prepare bridging documents with contractors to ensure alignment with safety requirements.

Logistics Base Operations

• Manage daily operations across Pemba locations: Muxara base, warehouses, quayside operations, port calls, and airport crew‑change activities.
• Supervise base refurbishment and maintenance activities.
