Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure all beverages are prepared according to recipes, presentation standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor and maintain adequate bar inventory, including stock levels, garnishes, and operating supplies.
- Verify guests’ age when required and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with regulations.
- Provide beverage recommendations and promote featured drinks, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experience.
- Conduct regular stock checks, manage inventory usage, and minimise beverage wastage.
- Maintain compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and liquor licensing requirements.
