Job Description

• Responsible for creating, preparing, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Follow Integrated Food Safety and Standards.
• Completing all opening, closing and hygiene checks.
• Complete required paperwork including bar transfer, hygiene, laundry, and guest supplies.
• Complete mis en place before, during and after operations.
• Taking guest food and drink orders according to operational standards, ensuring accuracy of items ordered and guest preferences when communicated, and up-selling whenever possible.
• Maintain per levels of liquors, beers and supplies in coolers and dry storage areas, order as needed.
• Perform daily and monthly inventory with zero (0) audit findings and discrepancies.
