Summary This position is located in the Food, Business and Entertainment branch of the Fleet and Family Readiness Division in the Navy Region Northwest. The incumbent of this position is responsible for a variety of tasks related to bartending in the area assigned. Operates a bar that predominantly serves malt beverages and some mixed drinks. Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. Responsibilities Serves beer and wine and mixes a variety of drinks to order, following established recipes. Maintains bar stock and is accountable for cash and inventory during the period worked. Operates a point-of-sale system to process and receive payments. Makes change and is accountable for cash fund. Assists in taking inventory and maintaining records. Keeps bar area clean and keeps area stocked properly at all times. Washes bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
