The Bartender is responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage experience by preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing outstanding guest service. The role ensures compliance with hotel standards, hygiene regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. The Bartender maintains an inviting bar atmosphere, contributes to guest satisfaction and supports the Food & Beverage team in achieving operational excellence.
