Technical Skills
- Proficiency with bar equipment including mixers, blenders and dispensers.
- Speed and quality: fast and efficient in preparing drinks during peak hours while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
- Hygiene and compliance: bar area consistently clean, organized and fully restocked.
