About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled bartender to join our team at Olivia Restaurant. As the face behind the bar, you will mix classic and signature cocktails, serve beer and wine, and create memorable experiences for guests while collaborating with front‑of‑house and kitchen staff.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area.
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
