Job Description
JOB DUTIES
- Prepare and restock bar supplies such as glassware, ice, garnishes, mixers, and beverages.
- Prepare basic drinks and beverage ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, counters, equipment, and storage areas.
- Wash and polish glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels, reporting shortages when needed.
- Receive and organize deliveries of beverages and bar supplies.
- Collect empty glasses and clean tables in the bar area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company procedures.
- Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests and responding to basic requests.
