Bartender assistant
An assistant bartender is responsible for assisting in the preparation of drinks and in serving drinks and/or food to guests in the hotel's ongoing effort to provide exceptional customer service and financial profitability.
**What am I going to be doing?**
As an assistant bartender, you will assist in preparing drinks and serving drinks and/or food to guests in the hotel's ongoing effort to provide exceptional customer service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Mix and garnish drinks according to the rules of recipes and portion control.
- Present and serve drinks to guests.
- Check guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with state, local, and corporate federal laws and regulations.
