We are looking for the absolute best talent to join our team as our new Bars, Restaurants & Convention Center Manager!
At UNICO 18°77° Montego Bay (PAM Hotels), we are seeking a visionary leader with strong expertise in luxury hospitality to join our pre-opening team.
You will lead the strategic and daily operations of all luxury restaurants, bars, beach/pool outlets, and our state‑of‑the‑art Convention & Events Center, balancing ultra‑luxury service with high‑volume event logistics.
Location: Montego Bay, Jamaica
Key Responsibilities
- F&B Operations: Direct all restaurants, bars, and beach/pool outlets under UNICO’s luxury standards.
