About Us:
Our Client, a restaurant, bar and event organizer with a running bar and restaurant operating in TRM / Mirema area. Potentially a high volume, fast-paced, and guest-focused.
The Role:
We are looking for a barman to run both the public bar counter and the restaurant service counter . You will be the face of the bar – and the one keeping the whole front-of-house team in line.
Key Responsibilities:
· Run the main bar counter – serve guests, make drinks, take payments
· Run the restaurant service counter – manage tickets, prioritise drink orders
· Supervise waiters – ensure they’re collecting drinks correctly, communicating allergies, and clearing glassware
· Supervise other bar staff (if any) – delegate tasks, check quality
· Keep both counters clean, stocked, and organised during peak hours
· Open/close the bar – stock, cleaning, cash up
