Beverage Preparation & Service
. Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee, specialty brews, and other beverages to a consistent quality standard.
. Operate, calibrate, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
. Ensure timely and efficient beverage service during peak operating hours.
. Carry out daily opening and closing procedures for the beverage station.
. Maintain an organised, clean, and hygienic beverage preparation area.
. Deliver attentive, friendly customer service and build rapport with regular guests.
Menu ∏ Development
. Participate in the development of CBB's specialty coffee and beverage menu.
. Contribute to recipe standardisation, seasonal drink trials, and High Tea beverage pairings.
. Monitor ingredient usage and wastage, recommending cost-saving initiatives.
