Job Description
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages and other drinks to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with regular patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work and customer areas.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance and adhere to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a café or customer service environment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
