Job Description
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes.
- Take customer orders and process payments.
- Recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and seating areas.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including inventory checks and equipment maintenance
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (training is often provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
