Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
• Prepare a variety of hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, smoothies and juices
• Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
• Operate espresso machines and other equipment with precision and care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area including the coffee station and customer seating areas
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns customers may have
