The Venue: 

Bricklane Restaurant & Bar consistently delivers a quality dining experience complimented by an interesting selection of wines in a sophisticated, relaxed environment - with warm open fireplaces, a large bar area ideal for after work drinks, outdoor dining, and a private dining / function room catering for up to 40 guests for product launches, business lunches and board meetings. 

The Job:

  • Deliver an overall positive, knowledgeable service experience that is valued by customers 
  • Provide full food and beverage table service to guests 
  • Complete all compulsory online training and attend practical training sessions to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Staying compliant with the rules and regulations of the Liquor laws
  • Assisting in the preparation of each service e.g., arranging and setting tables and cleaning
