Job Description
Bar Shift Manager – Oversee the operation of Europe's largest rooftop terrace during the summer and the stylish Lounge Bar during the winter.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily bar operations during your shift
- Planning and creating drink menus
- Customer service and preparing high-quality drinks
- Guiding and onboarding staff
- Inventory management
- Strengthening the Periscope brand
- Promoting sales and enhancing customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bar work
- At least two years of experience in supervisory roles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for developing bar operations
