Bar Shift Manager

We are looking for a Bar Shift Manager for our client company, Restaurant Periscope, in Tampere. The position is full-time and permanent. Salary is negotiated based on your experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Europe's largest rooftop terrace during summer and the stylish Lounge Bar during winter.
• Ensure excellent customer service, high-quality beverage offerings, and daily team management.
• Design drink menus and manage inventory.
• Strengthen the Periscope brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar work and cocktail skills.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in busy situations.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for developing the bar's operations.
• Hygiene passport and alcohol service license.
