Job Summary

We are now seeking a skilled and energetic bar shift manager to oversee the operation of Europe's largest rooftop terrace during the summer and the stylish Lounge Bar during the winter.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the bar during the shift.
• Provide excellent customer service and high‑quality beverage offerings.
• Develop the customer experience and drive sales of the restaurant.
• Plan and create drink menus.
• Guide and onboard staff.
• Manage inventory.
• Strengthen the Periscope brand and promote sales.
• Enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bar work.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for developing bar operations.
