About the Role
As a Bar Captain, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional beverage service and memorable guest experiences. You will support the daily operations of the bar, supervise and motivate team members, maintain high service standards, and work closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team to deliver operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
