Job Description

Position Overview

As Banquets Manager you will be responsible for supervising the C&B team, ensuring the service is on point and solving any issue reported by the team. You will report to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Support the Director of Food & Beverage in any required task.
  • Coordinate set-up requirements for events according to BEOs, communicate directly with group contacts and sales department to ensure all details are carried out and meet quality and timeliness standards.
  • Train staff on food & liquor control policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the C&B food & beverage team provides excellent service and continually strives to exceed expectations.
  • Observe physical condition of banquet facilities and equipment, recommending corrections and improvements as needed.
