Job Description
**Overview:**
Processes and balances incoming and outgoing Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) files. Processes ACH disputes and government reclamations in a timely and accurate manner.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Process ACH windows for customers including origination file preparation, manual kick to system for processing, balance, and evaluation of suspends and unmatched files in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Process guidance and gather applicable approvals within 5 day guidance overlines for unresolved online transactions, deletions, reversals, and corporate reclaims in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Verify Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for changes, additions, or deletions in Paperless Entry Processing (PEP).
+ Process and respond to government reclamations within required timeframe.
+ Complete Automatic Transfer Generator (ATG) verification and set-up.
+ Research and process late returns and Power of Attorney (POA) documents.
