This role is fully onsite at Montgomery Park in Baltimore, MD. Shift hours are Monday - Friday 12:00 AM- 8:30 AM/Completion.

**Overview:**

Monitors established workflow and assists in production of work within Treasury Management Services.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Monitor work flow and serve as liaison between assigned Treasury Management Services unit and management.
+ Provide training and coaching to assigned Treasury Management Services team on daily work functions and approve work of assigned team.
+ Complete quality assurance control reviews of team activities.
+ Identify and resolve problems within assigned Treasury Management Services team.
+ Assist with production work on an as needed basis.
+ Complete daily production reporting for assigned Treasury Management Services team and approve daily work.
