Job Description
- Promote Bancassurance.
- Engage and assist bank customers.
- Perform prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments and provide financial advisory service to customers.
- Work with branch colleague to convert leads referral into sales closure.
- Build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for subsequent up‑selling.
- Engage in sales and marketing event at the bank to acquire new customer.
- Provide follow up on the policy servicing services to customer, i.e. payment mode, change in plans, trustee appointment, top ups.
