Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Cheraw, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager **Bander Operator** to join their growing team!
The **Bander Operator** is responsible for ensuring finished aluminum can pallets are properly inspected, secured, labeled, and prepared for shipment. This role supports production efficiency by operating banding equipment, performing quality inspections, completing production documentation, and maintaining a safe work environment.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
**Quality Control**
+ Inspect finished pallets for scratches, dents, bad lithography, and other defects.
+ Notify Quality Control and supervisors immediately of any quality concerns.
+ Verify all pallets meet company standards before shipment.
**Machine Operation**
+ Operate and monitor banding/strapping equipment.
+ Re-thread strapping materials and make minor machine adjustments as needed.
