What You ll Be Doing :
Deliver engaging and practical breadmaking and baking classes to aspiring chefs and culinary enthusiasts.
Develop lesson plans demos and class materials in alignment with the course curriculum.
Teach a wide range of baking techniques including:
Artisan breads
Laminated doughs (e.g. croissants Danish)
Enriched doughs (e.g. brioche)
Fermentation and sourdough techniques
