Full Time Position Supervisors of Production Workers

Costco North Lakes - Brisbane

Full Time Position - 38 hrs per week

Rotating roster which will include weekend work.

Position Summary
Oversees employees to ensure proper departmental production procedures and standards are followed. Participates in baking,
decorating, wrapping and general sanitation duties. Checks quality and consistency of finished product. Implements and upholds
proper Bakery and general safety and sanitation procedures and standards. Provides prompt and courteous customer service.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
• Develops, coaches, counsels, and directs Bakery personnel
• Provides feedback to promote team work and accountability among employees
• Interactively monitors Bakery employee performance and participates in performance reviews as needed
