Job Description
What youll do:
- Lead the team in a manner that demonstrates day-to-day behaviors that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and brand.
- Manage the Department in accordance with the company policies, procedures, programs, merchandising standards and overall expectations.
- Recruit, train, develop, coach and motivate the team while fostering a positive work workplace that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.
- Ensures that all products are fresh and meet company quality standards.
- Perform team performance reviews and action plans for development.
- Manage inventory levels and lead scheduled inventory procedures.
- Provide feedback to the Food Manager regarding recommendations for continued improvement of operations.
