Job Description
PepsiCo in South Africa seeks a Maintenance Specialist to lead reliability of high‑speed bakery equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and automation issues, back up PLC programs, and guide teams on technical standards to keep lines running.
You will drive preventive maintenance, apply RCA, and improve OEE while ensuring HACCP/AIB compliance. Shift, weekend work and SAP maintenance exposure are part of the role.
