What you’ll do:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and respond to product inquiriesOrder, receive, inspect, and store raw materials and supplies used in the preparation of baked productsPrepare, mix, and bake a variety of products including breads, rolls, buns, pastries, cookies, and specialty items according to established recipesOperate commercial bakery equipment including mixers, proofers, ovens, and slicers safely and efficientlyMonitor product quality, freshness, and consistency throughout the baking process.Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment, including daily sanitation of bakery areasRotate inventory and remove outdated or unsellable products to minimize waste
