Role Purpose

We are seeking a Baker to support the daily preparation, production, baking, and finishing of bakery products across our multi‑brand F&B portfolio. The Baker is responsible for producing bakery items according to approved recipes, specifications, and production schedules, while supporting senior bakery team members with mise en place, section readiness, hygiene, and quality control. This is a hands‑on operational role suitable for a developing baker with good technical foundations and the ability to work within a structured production environment. The role supports both pre‑opening activity and ongoing operations across site‑level bakery and/or CPU environments.
