The Sous Chef will support daily kitchen operations, ensure authenticity and consistency in flavors, maintain high food safety standards, and lead kitchen staff in delivering fresh, high-quality ready-to-eat and packaged snack items.

- Menu Development & Promotions
- Design promotional gift packs, family snack combos, festive hampers (Diwali, Eid, weddings), and seasonal specials.
